The battle against food waste

At BijBram's in Utrecht, they're actively combating food waste with an innovative pilot: guests who book through the Waste Warrior reservation system receive a two-euro discount if they submit their menu choice before 1:00 PM on the day itself. This allows the kitchen to respond more intelligently to guests' wishes, resulting in less food waste. We spoke with Bram about this initiative.
